Mission Statement
Piggy the Bank is a grassroots fintech startup that’s out to change the way Canadians shop and save. Our aim is to flip the ‘impulse buy’ shopping experience to an automatic goal savings account. Why should people feel guilty about spending money they don’t have, when they can feel good about spending money they’ve saved up?
Consumers will avoid debt by breaking down large purchases into smaller payments. Our app will connect your future purchases to big ticket items like electronics and furniture where retailers are ready to offer exclusive private deals.
